We aren’t being mean but we do have a few rules to follow. BAC is very sensitive to creating an environment where all members are comfortable. Our main goal is for members to enjoy BAC while meeting their fitness goals. Thanks for your help.
- Suitable clothing must be worn at all times while exercising.
- Members may not exercise without a top.
- Closed training shoes are to be worn at all times whilst training.
- Remember to wipe equipment immediately after use.
- To benefit from using the equipment correctly and to prevent injury to yourself and others, please ensure the correct use thereof.
- Please ask for assistance from a trainer if you aren't sure how to do something.
- Replace all weights and equipment after use.
- Allow others to work with you between your sets if they are waiting for your equipment.
- No food, no open containers or bags are allowed on the workout floor.
- Say please and thank you. Be courteous.
- Remove heavy weight plates from machines after you are finished. Others can't always lift what you can.
- Any lock left overnight will be removed and the contents of the locker will be placed in lost property for a period of one month.
- Thereafter, lost property will be donated to charity.
- Members/guests must be 13 years of age or older to be on the workout floor.
