 Combo – (60 minutes) A fun eye opener class, full of low impact aerobics and/or step aerobics combined with a variety of sculpting techniques using free weights, boxing moves with light weights, core strengthening, push-ups on the resist-a-ball and much more!
 Group Power – (60 minutes) Group Power is your hour of power!  This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors.  With simple, athletic moves such as squats, lunges, presses, and curls, Group Power is for all ages and fitness levels.  Discover results, discover group POWER!
 Hard Core Abs – (25 minutes) Get a rock hard core with this abdominal and low back workout!  Build core strength and core stability while improving posture and functionality.
 Tae Bo® - (60 minutes) Tae Bo® combines a variety of different exercise disciplines to provide an overall workout.  Incorporating techniques from boxing and martial arts with dance moves provides the body with a heart pumping workout which also develops strength, speed, balance, coordination and awareness.
 Pilates – (60 minutes) This is a core strengthening class which will be sure to sculpt and strengthen your abdominals and lengthen and tone your quadriceps, hamstrings and glutes.  The atmosphere is very comfortable with light but empowering music and low lighting.
 Spinning – (45-60 minutes) Get ready to sweat in this intense bike ride through hills, sprints and jumps.  Burn 500-800 calories using a specialized bike.  Be sure to bring a towel and water, all fitness levels welcome!
 Triple Train – (60 minutes) Give your body some basic training with this cardio-sculpt class designed to get (and keep) your body bikini ready.  Target “hard to get” areas that you can soon show off in your new suit!
 
Turbo Kick®-(60 Minutes) Turbo Kick® is a combination of intense kickboxing moves as well as dance moves all perfectly choreographed to high energy and motivating music. It’s the ultimate cardiovascular challenge that’s a unique blend of intense intervals, strength/endurance training, and a relaxing cool-down. Turbo Kick® requires no previous kickboxing experience or equipment. You’ll have more fun doing Turbo Kick® than any other format.
 Yoga – (60 minutes) This class is designed to increase muscular strength and endurance as well as flexibility through a variety of poses.  A great way to relax and release any stress while getting a gentle, full body workout!
 YogaStrength is designed to improve the health, performance, and mental acuity of athletes or individuals interested in improving their level of fitness. Based on the ancient fitness science of hatha yoga, it blends balance, strength, flexibility and power in a fitness format. (60 Minutes)
 Zumba – (60 minutes) If you’re bored with your workout and ready to party (even if you can’t dance) Zumba Fitness is for you!  It’s a fusion of Latin and international dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness system!  It combines fast and slow rhythms that will tone and sculpt your body, while working the most important muscle, the heart.  Ditch the workout, join the party!
