Spinning a.k.a. Indoor Cycling

Get ready to sweat in this intense bike ride through hills, sprints and jumps. Burn 500-800 calories using a specialized stationary bike. Rides simulate variations in terrain by altering resistance and cadence with hill climbs, sprints and interval training. Energetic and inspiring music combined with enthusiastic trainers will motivate all participants. Be sure to bring WATER and a towel. All fitness levels welcome!
