Fit Rewards

Have you joined our fitRewards program yet? fitRewards is a member appreciation program designed to reward you with valuable prizes in exchange for your continued participation. You can earn points for participating in certain activities within the club, or just for checking in (with key-tag). Class Highlights:

MetCon: This Metabolic Condition workout is a fast-paced high intensity workout that is designed to push your body to the limit. Class sign-up are 1 week in advance. Only 24 spots available.

TRXBody Weight Training: Advance your physical strength, balance, flexibility with your body weight using the TRX Supsension Training System. This class had a limit of 5 so it is recommended that you pre-register (up to 72 hours in advance) to reserve your spot.

Pound: You become the music in this full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and Pilates-inspired movement.
