We are a service company. We put people first. This is our most important principle and by people we mean members and employees. We understand thatas members, you connect and bond with our employees. We want everyone to be a part of the BAC community. Members will come and go as they either migrate to other locales or find more suited locations. The same holds true for team members, from front desk to childcare staff to instructors. As our staff members move on to pursue other opportunities, we wish them well. We also want to guarantee to you, as a member, we will find a most qualified replacement. At BAC, we are striving each day to improve and to rise and conquer the challenges that face us each day.
