Each training session is systematically structured based on your initial screen results and personal goals. Every program includes:
- Movement Prep: a dynamic warm-up that prepares you for your workout, activating skeletal muscle tissue and nervous system engagement.
- Correctional and Activation: your FMS score will dictate specific exercises designed to create proper movement patterns and improve quality of life.
- Core Training: strength exercises using muscles from your hips to your shoulders designed to reduce injury and improve performance.
- Strength: functional training exercises designed to improve function in your day to day routine, with a focus on multiple joint movements.
- Metabolic Training: heart rate and power exercises designed to increase cardiovascular endurance and fat burning for up to 72 hours after your workout.
