My journey with BAC started almost five years ago when I became a member. I struggled with self motivation so classes were a great way to help me hold myself accountable in reaching my fitness goals. The more classes I took the more I realized teaching was something I wanted to pursue. The first class I every taught was Step Aerobics and from there I branched out to Boot Camp, Tone & Firm, and A.B.C. (Abs, Buns, Cardio). As a busy mother of two, I cherish every moment I get to teach classes. I love the interaction and relationships I have built with our members.
