My passion for health and fitness stemmed from a lifelong interest in understanding how the things we use every day function. There is no better example of this than the human body. It is my goal to direct this passion and my commitment to daily learning and practice into a fulfilling career as a fitness professional by which I can positively influence the lives of others. My main focus is the optimization of human performance as it pertains to athleticism and longevity – helping people to first move well, and then move often.
