(60 minutes) Beginners/Intermediate Find balance between an active Yang and passive Yin sequence that will help you strengthen muscles and find stillness in deep stretches. Each month features a new flow and various Yin postures (held up to 5 minutes) to open the body, improve flexibility, and increase healthy range of motion in joints.
