Medical and Non-Medical Account Freezes

Medical Freeze
A member may submit a request to put their membership on a medical freeze if they are unable to use the facility for a given time for medical reasons or at the request of a doctor. A doctor’s statement must be submitted in order for the Club to approve this freeze and dates of absent will need to be clearly written on the note. If the member would like to return earlier than the set end date they must submit another doctor’s note clearing them for exercise and pro-rated dues may apply. 

Non-Medical (Seasonal) Freeze
A Member may submit a request to put their membership on a non-medical freeze if they are unable to use the facility for a given time. Member understands that they can only be approved for one seasonal freeze for a given year and that it is limited to a minimum of 60 days (2 months) and up to 180 days (6 months). Member will still be required to pay a $10 monthly charge for this freeze and will not have access to the gym during their freeze. If the member would like to return earlier than the set end day  pro-rated dues may apply.

Freeze request must be done in person at either facility. If the member is not able to make it in due to medical reasons we can approve them on a case-by-case basis. Sub-members will be subject to freezes and monthly fees if the main account holder 

Payment Procedures

Memberships are month-to-month or paid in full.  To get started, new Members are required to pay a one-time initiation fee plus pro-rated dues for the current month.  Members are free to cancel at any time with a 90 day term and we offer a freeze policy for those who travel or become injured for a prolonged amount of time.  If at any time a Membership is cancelled, an initiation fee may be required to reactivate the Membership, or there may be an early cancellation fee if the initiation fee had not been paid in full.

Monthly billing is processed automatically every month on the 5th through a credit card (Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express® or Discover®), debit card or checking account.

Late Fees

Any payment which is received more than five (5) days after its due date shall subject the MEMBER to a late payment charge of FIFTEEN DOLLARS ($15.00). If automatic payment is discontinued for any reason, a TEN DOLLAR ($10.00) per month billing fee will be added to your monthly dues. A 30 day past due balance will result in an inactive membership and may require the member to pay a re-enrollment fee. 

Refund Policy
