A long time ago I learned the magic of group fitness. I used to start and stop working out all the time but Group fitness helped me stick with it and not become bored with exercise. Not only was the variety key but also the fun factor. I fell in love with Cardio Kick because it was so much fun. Everyone, man and woman, likes to feel strong and empowered to win a fight. But also while I was working out it was so fun it didn’t feel like an hour by myself on the treadmill. And that was the magic for me to stay in the gym and to look forward to coming to every class. Further, meeting all the nice people made coming to the classes something you looked forward to. In time, those friends become a community that love to work out and have fun together, and that made all the difference to stay in the gym and not drop out. And I believe it will make all the difference for you if you are considering coming to Group Fitness too.
I currently teach Cardio Kick and CGAP. Cardio Kick is a fantastic cardio workout challenging the heart to stay with the fight. CGAP is the ultimate core training program developing strong abdominal, glutes, and postural muscles. I would love to have you join me every Thursday morning at 8:45 and 10:00.
