CGAP (Core, Glutes and Posture)

CGAP is designed to “close-the-gap” in your fitness goals, strengthening overlooked areas of the body needed for preventing reoccurring injuries that take place in life or in sport. The 30 minute class flies by, leaving you with better posture, muscular core strength and confidence.
The class utilizes your body weight, free weights, and resistance tubing to challenge your balance and improve your functional strength. Come join us for the ultimate core workout!
