This challenging fitness-based approach to yoga will focus on building physical and mental strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular stamina. Class begins with sun salutations to warm the body and coordinate movement with breath. Yoga Power may include core-centric work, flows, inversions, and arms balances all set to upbeat and energizing music.

Previous yoga experience is helpful, but not required. New to yoga or have questions? Please arrive 15 minutes early!
