“It's simple. I have always told people that I believe fitness should be a part of your day, just like brushing your teeth. It's not IF but WHEN. The benefits that you get from the physical and mental aspect of working out are well worth the time and effort you put in.”

With a background of competitive tennis and cheerleading, which I did all throughout high school and college, I have always had a love for fitness. I started running after my first child was born to get back in shape and haven’t stopped. I just completed my 60th marathon at the St. Jude Music City Marathon. I started taking fitness classes around the same time I started running and I knew instantly that I wanted to teach them. I am now in my 30th year of teaching fitness. I love teaching Spin and Step classes, but also have taught many other types over the years.
